Keep The Beat

To Find A Cure For Parkinson's

24-hour Drum-A-Thon

Muhtadi International Drumming Festival and Parkinson Canada are partnering in pursuit of a common vision: a better life with a brighter future for Canadians living with Parkinson's today, a world without Parkinson's tomorrow.

The cause is an important one for all Canadians living with Parkinson's, but takes on a special meaning for friends and supporters of the Muhtadi International Drumming Festival. This event is also an opportunity for Muhtadi’s friends and the drum community to show their support for Muhtadi as he deals with the daily challenges of this disease. Help us raise awareness and funds for research of Parkinson’s.

Join us starting Friday, December 2 at 5 p.m. for a 24-hour Drum-A-Thon.

We are grateful to our hosts at Daniels Spectrum (585 Dundas Street East, Toronto. ) for the opportunity to play non-stop for a 24-hour drumming jam-session, and let our drumbeats make loving and spiritual connections of our heartbeats. Our goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of those suffering with Parkinson’s, and their families. Donate, register by yourself, with your team, and/or buy a t-shirt or a hoodie online  and commit to being a part of this 24-hour drum circle, raising funds to support two important organizations.
